JULIANO PSS 125 is a PS compound with, inorganic filler. it's special compounds for Ps sheets and profile it can mix with any PS.
JULIANO PSS 125 with using Recommended Ratios, it gives specialities to the extrusion coating production and final product. With its low cost, it saves the product and production costs. Due to the high heat conductivity, it saves the energy cost. By diffusing the heat to the dough more homogeneous, it increases the production capacity in unit time. Our compound promote the adhesion and it develops the printing process on film. The included additives provide self cleaning. It prevents sticking problem during the cutting process.
Applications:
It can mix with any PS products for Profile and Sheet Extrusion. We recommend a ratio between %5 - %20. This ratio can change according to the Machine Speciality,profile thickness and the kind of the Raw Material.
