JULIANO 120 is a PE Compound with ,Calcium Carbonate.It’s suitable for Film Extrusion and it can mix with LDPE and HDPE products.
JULIANO 120 with using recommended ratios, it gives the following specialities to the film production and final product. With its low cost, it saves the product and production costs. Due to the high heat conductivity, it saves the energy cost. By diffusing the heat to the dough more homogeneous, it increases the production capacity in unit time. It develops the printing process on film. With its low cost, it saves the product and production costs. It prevents sticking problem during the cutting process In printed film production it decreases the Corona application.
Applications:
Film Extrusion: It can mix with any LDPE and HDPE products. For Film Extrusion we recommend a ratio between %20 - %40. This ratio can change according to the Machine Speciality,film thickness and the kind of the Raw Material.
